We take it from there
Aiva, our assistant, calls them to understand what they need. Our team arranges the property visits and helps with the negotiation and paperwork.
You earn when the deal closes
When the deal closes and we receive our commission, we pay you your share.
Your reward: 10% or 20% of our commission
When one side is yours
You recommended the buyer, or you recommended the seller. When their deal closes through us, you get 10% of the commission we earn on it.
When both sides are yours
You recommended the buyer and the seller of the same deal. You get 10% for each side, so 20% of our commission in total.
Your reward comes out of our commission, so the people you recommend pay nothing extra because of you. The amount depends on each deal, so we don't promise a fixed figure.
The rules, in plain words
- 12 months. Your recommendation counts for 12 months from the day you share it.
- Sales, rentals and leases. All three count.
- First to recommend. If two people recommend the same person, the first one counts.
- New to us. People already in touch with us can't be referred.
- With their consent. They must be happy to get our call. Ask them before you share their number.
- Not your own property. There is no reward on a deal for your own property.
- Paid after the deal. We pay after the deal closes and we receive our commission.
- Free to join. There is nothing to pay to become an Informer.

Questions about the Informer programme
Who can become an Informer?
Anyone who knows people who want to buy, sell or rent property. LIC and insurance agents, delivery partners, field sales staff, medical representatives and other professionals who travel for work often hear about it first. You don't need to be a broker, and you don't list anything.
How much do I earn?
You get 10% of the commission we earn on the deal for the side you recommended. When both the buyer and the seller of the same deal came from you, you get 20%. The amount depends on each deal, so we don't promise a fixed figure.
When and how am I paid?
After the deal closes and we receive our commission. Add your UPI ID or bank account in your Informer dashboard and we pay you there.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining as an Informer is free. Sign in with your phone number and add your name. Your area is optional.
What happens after I recommend someone?
Aiva, our assistant, calls them to understand what they need. Our team then arranges property visits and helps with the negotiation and paperwork. You can follow each step, with the calls, chats and visits, in your dashboard.
Which deals count?
Sales, rentals and leases all count, for 12 months from the day you recommend the person. A recommendation can't be accepted if someone recommended that person before you, or if they were already in touch with us.
Do I need their permission?
Yes. Tell them we will call, and share their number only if they are happy to hear from us.
Is this only for Kerala and Bangalore?
Our offices are in Bangalore and in Kannur, Kerala, but you can recommend a buyer or seller from any place. Aiva's call tells us what they need, and your dashboard shows how it goes.
