1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BookPropertyVisit ("the Platform"), operated by Mexilet Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Description of Service

BookPropertyVisit is a real estate technology platform that connects property buyers, sellers, builders, brokers, and service providers. Our services include:

• Property listing, discovery, and visit booking
• Provider dashboards for builders, brokers, and owners
• WhatsApp-based communication tools for property inquiries
• WhatsApp Business bot services for registered builders (the "Builder Bot")
• CRM and lead management tools for service providers

3. WhatsApp Integration and Builder Bot

Registered builder clients may opt in to our WhatsApp Business Bot service. By enabling this service:

• You authorise Mexilet Technologies to connect your WhatsApp Business number to our platform via Meta's WhatsApp Business API.
• Customer messages sent to your registered WhatsApp number will be handled by our automated bot system, which reads your property listings from our database to respond to inquiries.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the WhatsApp Business API complies with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy.
• You may withdraw your authorisation at any time from your Provider Dashboard, which will deactivate the bot on your number.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at info@mexilet.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Mexilet Technologies is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

5. Property Listings

Providers who list properties on the Platform represent that all listing information is accurate, truthful, and complies with applicable Indian laws including RERA regulations. Mexilet Technologies reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable law.

6. Data Usage

Your use of this Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process personal data as described therein.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
• Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform
• Use our WhatsApp integration to send messages that violate Meta's policies
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of Mexilet Technologies or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mexilet Technologies provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any loss arising from property transactions facilitated through the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@mexilet.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
