Sellers near you invite video bloggers to film their property. You book a date, visit, film it and post it on your own channel. The seller offers a free shoot or pays you directly per 1 lakh views, and when the property is sold through us, its video bloggers share 10% of our commission.

Who this suits
YouTubers who already film homes, travel, food or their own area, and want new places to film. You don't need a studio or a crew, only your channel, your camera or phone, and a way to reach the property on the day you book.
Home and property channels
You already film house tours, flats, villas or plots. Get invited to new properties near you.
Travel and food vloggers
Your viewers already watch you explore a place. Show them a home that is for sale there too.
Local-area channels
You cover your town or district. People who want to buy there want to see what is on sale.
Students with a channel
Fit a shoot around your classes on a day you choose, and get new videos for your channel.
How it works
Five steps, from your phone or computer.
Sign up and get verified
Sign up with your phone number and add your YouTube channel, a selfie and a photo of your ID card. Put the short code we give you in your channel description, so we know the channel is yours. Our team checks your ID before you see any invite.
Pick an invite near you
Sellers within 20 km of you invite video bloggers. You see the area, the property type, the dates and the offer. Join on the seller's terms, send a proposal, or skip it.
Book a date and shoot
Pick a day and a time inside the seller's dates. Once it is booked, you get the address and the seller's number. Go on that day, tap I'm at the site, and film the property.
Post it on your channel
Upload the video to your YouTube channel with your tracking link in the description, and paste the video link in your dashboard. Unlisted is fine while the seller watches it.
The seller approves, views count
The seller approves the video or asks for changes. Once it is approved and public, it also shows on our listing of the property and we count its YouTube views.
How you earn
Each invite says what the seller offers. You decide whether it suits you before you join.
Free shoot
The seller doesn't pay for the video. You get a new property for your channel, and the 10% share still applies.
Paid shoot
The seller offers an amount per 1 lakh YouTube views, up to a maximum, and pays it to you directly.
Your proposal
If the offer doesn't suit you, send your own amount per 1 lakh views, your maximum and a note. The seller accepts or declines.
When it is sold through us
The bloggers of the property share 10% of the commission we receive on that sale, by their YouTube views.
How the 10% is shared
- It is 10% of the commission we receive when the property is sold through us. It comes out of our commission, so the seller pays nothing extra.
- It is shared between the video bloggers of that property by their YouTube views when the deal closes. If you are the only one, it is all yours.
- Your video counts if it was approved, public and carrying your tracking link before the deal closed, and the deal closes within 12 months of it going live.
- It is the same on free and paid shoots. We pay it to the UPI ID or bank account in your dashboard.
We don't handle the money for a paid shoot: the seller pays you, marks it paid, and you mark it received. We show both of you the YouTube view count and the amount it works out to. We can't promise views, earnings or a number of invites. That depends on your videos and on the sellers near you.
What we need from you
You add all of this from your dashboard after you sign up.
- A YouTube channel. One you own. You show it is yours by putting a short code in the channel description.
- Your phone number. You sign up with it. A seller gets it only once you book a date with them.
- A selfie. So our team knows who is going to the seller's home.
- A photo of your ID card. College ID, Aadhaar, driving licence, PAN or voter ID. Our team checks it before you see any invite.
- Your UPI ID or bank account. For your 10% share. On a paid shoot, the seller pays you directly.
What every video must have
A video counts only when the seller has approved it and it has all of these.
- Your tracking link. Put it in the description. It opens the property on our site with your code, so we can see the buyers who came from your video. A video without it doesn't count.
- The RERA number. When the project is registered with RERA, put its number in the description too. Your shoot page shows it.
- Say it is a paid partnership. Say it clearly in the video and in the description, even on a free shoot, because you can share our commission when the property sells.
- Your verified channel. Post it on the YouTube channel you verified with us. Views on Instagram, Facebook or other apps are not counted.
- Keep it public. Once the seller approves it, make it public and keep it up. A video that is made private or deleted stops counting.
Your video description
A walk through the property and the area around it.

RERA No.: the project's number
Paid partnership with BookPropertyVisit.
The rules, in plain words
- ID check first. We check your selfie, your ID card and your channel before you can see or join any invite.
- 18 or older. You must be at least 18 years old to join.
- Respect the home. Go only where the seller shows you. Ask before you film people, personal papers or the house number, and before you move anything.
- Respect the seller's time. Go on the day and at the time you booked. If you can't make it, change the date in your dashboard and call the seller before the visit.
- No side deals. Agree the terms in your dashboard only. Never ask the seller for extra money, tips or travel costs.
- Show it as it is. Don't add claims about the price, size, approvals or returns that the seller hasn't given you, and don't use filters that change how the property looks.
Questions video bloggers ask
Do Instagram or Facebook views count?
No. We count YouTube views only, and we read them from YouTube itself. You can share your video anywhere you like, but only its views on YouTube count.
Who pays me for a paid shoot?
The seller pays you directly. The money doesn't pass through us. We show both of you the YouTube view count and the amount it works out to: the seller's amount per 1 lakh views, worked out pro rata on the views in the first 90 days after the video goes public, up to the seller's maximum. The seller marks it paid and you mark it received.
How does the 10% share work?
When a property is sold through us, 10% of the commission we receive on that sale goes to the video bloggers of that property. It is shared between them by their YouTube views when the deal closes. Your video counts if it was approved, public and carrying your tracking link before the deal closed, and the deal closes within 12 months of it going live. The seller pays nothing extra.
What if the seller's offer is too low for me?
Send a proposal from the invite with your amount per 1 lakh views, your maximum and a note. The seller accepts or declines it. If the invite doesn't suit you at all, tap Not for me.
Can more than one blogger film the same property?
Yes. The seller chooses how many video bloggers can join an invite, from 1 to 5. Each one books their own date and posts their own video, and the 10% is shared between them by views.
Do I need a big channel?
We don't set a minimum number of subscribers. Sellers see your channel name, subscriber count and link when you join their invite. How many invites come up depends on the sellers near you, so we can't promise a number of shoots or views.
Why do you need my ID, a selfie and a code in my channel?
You visit people's homes, so our team checks your selfie and ID before you see any invite. The code shows us that the channel is yours: put it in your channel description and tap Check in your dashboard.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free, and we never ask you for money to see or join an invite.
