The Role
What a Business Development Manager Does
Own One Location
You are allocated a specific town or district. Every buyer who wants to see a property in your area is routed to you — you are not competing with ten other agents for the same lead.
Accompany Site Visits
When a buyer books a visit in your location, that visit is assigned to you. You meet them at the property, walk them through it, and answer what you can. That is the job.
Sit In On Negotiations
When the buyer comes to the office for the final sitting or price negotiation, you accompany them there too. Your presence is what carries the deal to signature.
Take 10% of the Commission
When the deal closes, you receive 10% of the commission the company earns on it. No cap on how many deals you can close in your location.

Questions People Ask Before Applying
Is this a full-time job or part-time?
It is a part-time field role. You are allocated one location and you attend site visits and office negotiations in that area when they are scheduled. Most Business Development Managers do this alongside another job, studies or their own business.
How much can I earn as a Business Development Manager?
You earn 10% of the commission the company earns on every deal that closes through you. There is no cap — your earnings depend on how many buyers convert in your location. Travelling expenses are reimbursed separately by the company, so your earnings are not eaten up by fuel and travel.
Do I have to find my own buyers?
No. Buyer generation and follow-up are handled by our AI Voice Agent and our Customer Relations Officer team. Buyers are routed to you based on the location you cover. You accompany them on the site visit and at the final office sitting — you do not cold call.
Do I need real estate experience?
No prior real estate experience is required. What matters is that you know your local area, you are presentable and comfortable meeting people, and you can attend visits when they are scheduled. We brief you on the properties in your location.
Are travelling expenses paid?
Yes. Once you join, travelling expenses for site visits and office meetings are reimbursed by the company. You are not out of pocket for doing the job.
What designation do I get?
Your designation is Business Development Manager. You represent BookPropertyVisit to buyers in your allocated location.
Can I earn beyond property commissions?
Yes. You can also earn by selling our other services — website development, digital marketing, AI voice agents, AI sales agents and human sales agents. These are in demand with the builders, brokers and local businesses you will already be meeting.
Which locations are you hiring in?
We are allocating locations across Kerala — Kannur, Kozhikode, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Malappuram, Thiruvananthapuram, Wayanad, Kottayam, Palakkad, Kasaragod, Idukki, Kollam, Alappuzha and Pathanamthitta — as well as Bangalore. If your town is not listed, apply anyway and mention it.
