How quickly will you confirm my visit booking?
Our team confirms site visit bookings within 2–4 working hours. You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp and SMS with our team's contact details.
Do I have to go to the site alone?
You travel to the property yourself, but you will not be on your own there. We confirm the visit with the seller and arrange everything beforehand. The seller (or the builder's team) is there to receive you at the property, show you around, and answer your questions.
Can I book a virtual site visit (for NRI or out-of-city buyers)?
Yes. For NRI buyers or buyers who cannot travel, we arrange a video walkthrough of the property with the seller — live or recorded — and share it with you, including answers to your specific questions.
Can I book visits to multiple properties in one day?
Yes. We can arrange cluster visits to multiple properties in the same area on the same day. Just mention this when booking and our team will plan the itinerary.
Is there any commission or brokerage if I buy through BookPropertyVisit?
Zero. BookPropertyVisit charges 0% commission to buyers. You pay no brokerage, service charge, or success fee when you close through us. One condition: if you buy or rent a property we showed you, tell us before you pay any token/advance or register. If a deal is closed without telling us first, the buyer pays BookPropertyVisit 1% of the price (rent: one month's rent; lease: 1% of the lease amount).
